These are NOT zipper boots, they are pull overs. (In the pictures you can see the zipper disappears into the cuff, that's as far up as they go, so you unzip about half the boot (??) The zippers are on the inside of the boots, so it's not as if they're very decorative... Honestly, I just really don't understand why they have zippers at all.)

The only other thing about these boots: they run VERY strict to size (a size 8 will fit a size 8, but NOT a size 8 with socks, etc.), so unless you don't wear socks (or only wear stockings) you're better off ordering 1/2 size up.

Aside from that, these boots are FANTASTIC. They look and do fit great, they're super comfortable, and they have great traction. So far, they're also proving to be great winter boots--they've kept my feet and toes nice and warm without feeling suffocating/or too warm after I've been inside for a while (though it hasn't been below 30F since I got these, so if it gets colder I'll update this review with how they've held up).

Oh boy! I got a fantastic deal through warehouse deals. I have been hemming and hawwing on whether to buy or not. Then when I saw the price I just snapped them up and am so glad I did!

They have a very nice pebble texture. The shearling is faux but cute none the less. Lets see how they wear. The sole is rubber. In person they are very cute and sophisticasual.

They are comfortable very important. And run true to size.

Like the previous reviewer. I agree. Zipper? hmmm. But dont let that distract you.

I love these boots. I had wanted something that was both casual, yet "girly"

enough to wear with skirts. They are very comfortable, and fit well around my calves with enough room to tuck in jeans. My only complaint is they are about an inch to tall for me and flare a bit at the top of the leg. Also, check the Fly London website for proper sizing. Amazon lists the 38 as a US 7, when it is a size 7 1/2 to 8, the 39 is actually a size 8 1/2 to 9, not a US 8. Good quality boot. Happy customer!

I ordered these boots in a 7.5M, but they arrived used and very worn! Amazon didn't have a replacement pair to send me, so I returned them. I was really disappointed because I love the color and style. After a little searching, I found them on another website for the same price! I usually take a 7.5 if I'm wearing socks, but my feet were sliding down the 7.5's I received from Amazon. I don't know if the boots ran big or were stretched out from the previous owner, but I decided to try a 7M when I ordered the 2nd pair. They fit great and I have no problem getting my foot in and out. I've worn them for 8+ hours without any discomfort. Also, I thought I would wear them rolled down, but felt like a pirate (arrggghh). In my opinion, they look much better rolled up.

But.. one it took me forever to get my big foot through the skinny ankle (to skinny for a size 8 foot).. hole to the shoe.. and the food heels are peeling stain.. but for a bargain .. I'll wear em a few times because they are cute..

These boots are cute and stylish. They fit true to size but if you have wide feet beware they are a tad narrow. I would definitely buy them again. The buckled strap is adjustable so the boots won't be too loose and "slop" on your ankles. I have smaller feet and I think they make my feet look small but cute. Only thing I didn't like is the lack of cushion but a pair of cheap insoles solved that.

So I purchased these shoes a while back, but have not worn them regularly until recently. They are absolutely lovely and I have gotten a lot of compliments on them.

My only complaint is that the ankle is rather loose and I cannot tighten them with the velcro inside or the buckle strap round the outside. The material that they are made out of is very stiff and secure, so falling out of them is not a problem. I love that they are platformed: it takes about an inch and a half off of the height of the heels giving your feet less strain, but giving up none of the glam that comes with a higher heel.

These are definately not jean shoes: they beg to be shown off and the collar does not allow for trouser legs that are tight. I recommend something with black tights, like a shorter dress or skirt, as it makes the gold stand out. Also, wearing them with long skirts or dresses is not recommended: the details tend to catch.

In all, a good purchase.

Fits true to size, comfortable to wear all day. Looks great with jeans, looks a little funny with a skirt since the calf part of the boot is a little on the wide side. (lots of room for skinny or regular jeans to fit)

The only bad thing i have to say is that when I walk the boots are very squeaky. This is only the 2nd day I have worn them so I am hoping that it stops eventually.

Hey If you're looking for a beautiful cowgirl boot this is simply stated but still a little sexy. It has some very nice details that I haven't seen in other cowgirl boots. The only problem I have is a couple of the "nails" in the heel were not pushed in all the way and they left a couple scratches on my floor. I will be contacting them about making sure they check that kind of a big deal. Nothing I can't rectify myself. I love these boots, but they run a size larger. I ordered them in my size (6M) and, when I got them, I immediately tried them on. But, was disappointed that they were big (too big). I thought I received the wrong size, but, they were my right size. Even with my thick winter wool socks, they were too big. I ended up giving them to my friend, she wears a 1/2 size larger and, they were big on her. So, if you're thinking of getting these boots, I recommend that you go down a full size or 1/2 size if you plan to wear thick socks with them. They'll look cute with jeans!
