I just got my boots today (in black), put them on, and felt the need to write a review immediately. They are perfect! I am petite (5'1, 100 lbs) and have thin calves and these boots fit nicely once you tie them up in the back. These are the only boots I have found that do not have the extra space between my legs and boot because of the tie up functionality they have in the back. They are extremely comfortable and have a nice fur lining on the inside but not thick where you would possibly sweat. My husband really liked these on me. These are great for casual looks when out and about on weekends, but I wouldn't wear them with my dressier tops because of the sole. The shaft of the boot is propped up nicely with no worries of the boot sagging down.
