It seems that most people find these boots very warm in cold weather, so I was super disappointed when I wore my Bogs in -10 and experienced frozen toes. I was outside for less than 30min before my feet where very uncomfortable. This concerns me because I've purchased Bogs for my children to wear as winter boots, and I'm not sure that they'll be warm enough for a frigid Canadian winter. While the Bogs are very comfortable and great in the rain, I feel like I'll have to find another pair of boots for winter.

Warm, waterproof, cute, functional! Only do beware...they run big. I am a pretty true size 8 and I had to exchange for a 7..which is now a tad to short for my one foot which is a /12 size smaller than the other. But it is better than the larger size which was swimming on me. I am an 8 1/2 so had to order a 9. They fit pretty much perfectly. As other reviewers have said, they are a heavy boot but I knew that going in because I had owned a pair previously. There preformance more than justifies the weight. They are good for cold winter days or chilly rainy days of slogging through the mud. I needed these boots to keep me warm and was very disappointed. I was out in 25-30 degree temperatures and my feet were froze after 30 minutes. Even more disappointed that I can't find the receipt to return them so I can return them
