These boots are extremely light and thin. I honestly didn't think these would do much of anything when I first saw them but then I put them on. I am in heaven!! After charging the batteries I put them on and wore them throughout the house and then went outside. I put them on "high" at first then "medium" then "low." All settings worked great and you could actually feel the heat and warmth generated from the boot. My toes always froze going outside for any length of time, with these boots, no way! I can enjoy the outdoors and stay warm!! Love these boots!! Well worth the price. One *tip* though, wear really thin socks (ironic huh, especially in cold Vermont winters!!) and these boots will keep your feet nice and warm and dry. They are waterproof also.

I usually wear size 8 but ordered an 8.5 after reading reviews on sizing. I'm so glad I did as the 8.5 fits me perfectly. They are extremely comfortable, don't rub anywear and are very lightweight unlike most snow boots. The heating works as described and I used them this weekend tubing in Colorado with temps in the single digits. They kept my feet the perfect temperature without overheating and I loved them. The battery did not last very long, as they were not working after an hour and a half and needed to be recharged. I do wish the battery life was a bit longer. I am very happy with my new boots and would recommend purchasing.

Love it...except the heat doesn't seem to work unless you are moving around. Wore them to the Presidential Inauraguration but when I turned them on heat didn't generate. I beleive its bc I was stationary.But overall I love the boots.
