I have bought a new pair of these every year for the last 3 years. I wear them almost every day to work, I am on my feet all day going up and down stairs for 8+ hours and I have no complaints. I buy them a half size up or a wider width than normal because I like to wear socks with them but if I wore hose or tights, I would buy them true to size. I am disappointed that Naturalizers no longer carries them, it will get harder and harder to find them now! Also, I purchased both pairs of mine for around $25 (once on sale at the Naturalizers store, once on Zappos.com) so $50 seems a little pricy to me, but I will pay it since they are so comfortable.

I was searching for a nice looking lower heeled dress boot that still looked sexy. This is definitly it. It's so incredibly comfortable right out of the box. No need to break these in. I normally wear a 6 1/2 but couldn't find one so I orderd a 6 wide & it fits perfectly. Im now looking for a brown pair. I highly recommend these boots. PS I've had sugery on both my feet to correct bunions & these are a perfect heel height that doesn't cause pain or dicomfort!!!!

The shoe is comfortable and classic looking. It has non-slip soles, which makes for a quiet shoe in hallways. I felt like there was no "breaking-in" period and when I had to, I could run subway stairs. This is a good quality and comfortable shoe.

I usually wear a 9.5 or 10, so I went with a size 10. They are just a little big, but I am going to keep them. They are great to wear to work, but also look nice with jeans.

I purchased the Bates bootie when Amazon had a big shoe sale. Generally, I don't have good luck buying shoes online because I have wide feet in front, a high arch and a narrow heel. I also have bunions so most shoes are uncomfortable to wear regularly. Theses booties have exceeded my expectation. The wide width fit well, there is decent padding and a rubber sole making them comfortable for everything except all day shopping.

I plan to order another pair if they go on sale again.
