I lke this boot but wish the ankle opening was just a tad smaller. I first ordered a wide width in my size due to bunions and they were just too wide. I returned for the medium width and they are a tad too tight. I am keeping them and hope the leather will give a little. The quality is very good and the platform and heighth of the heel works good for me.

Not true to size. Order a half size bigger and wider then you normally wear and hope they fit. These run narrow and do not have any stretch ability. This was the first time I ordered shoes from Amazon that didn't fit. I was not aware that Amazon does not let you exchange items for a different size, until this happened. You have to return the item and place a whole new order. I bought these on sale for half of what they had been listed for. I would have had to pay full price to get the next size up. Amazon almost lost my business because their policy sucks. I got lucky because I was able to reorder the same size but in a D width for less than half price. The right boot still fits a bit snug but only because my right foot is starting to develop a bunion. Overall very well made boot, smooth, good quality leather, sturdy heel, well cushioned and so cute. I have gotten many complements on them.

Wanted to love these shoes. Have another pair of bella vita shoes that I adore because they are stylish and comfortable so I was very excited to get these and I really really really wanted to love them BUT they hurt an awful lot and the sole is very slippery and heel doesn't feel as sturdy as I'd like. It's as if they are cut too short in the toe and feet area and the the arch part in front of shoe starts too soon. Or something like that. Overall, just a very strange design. Cute idea, poor execution. If you just have to buy these shoes, I would say size up a half size and it may help some of the issue. I'm not willing to do so because deep down I don't think it would help all that much but you could try it.

Purchased for work and this fits the bill. I normally wear between a 9 and 9.5 depending on the maker. To be safe, I ordered a 9.5 and it fits great. The heel height is perfect and I have no problem walking in them. It seems to be made of quality material BUT there is no padding on the inside so you'll have to purchase. I can't wait to wear them this winter.

I usually wear 8W but 8B was in stock so I took a chance and ordered. I find these to be comfortable. They do not squeeze my toes although if I had the choice it would have been for the wide width. The heal is somewhat higher then I normally wear but with the platform walking is comfortable and stable. These are really nice looking on; quite fashionable and true to size.
