if you live in the greater LOS ANGELES area shipping is so FAST ....I originally ordered a 9 because that's the size I wear and when they arrived they were too small :-( however I just contacted the seller and they reassured me that the exchange would be very simple and it was i returned my boots on Monday they received by Tuesday morning and I had my boots by THURSDAY (QUICK).
