I love these boots. They are stylish and sleek. I can wear a dress or skinny jeans with these and feel like I am wearing sneakers. One step in MBT's rendered me hopelessly addicted!!

The only complaint that I have is due to sizing/fit, so it will not even apply to most people. However, I wear a size US 6.5 M most of the time. In MBT's, I find the 36 1/3 size to be perfect. In certain styles, they don't offer the odd sizes, such as these boots. I ordered the 37 knowing that I would often wear these with thick socks. The foot bed feels a touch big which is not a problem for boots. However, the ankle is a little loose. The leather is stiff and I feel that they would be more comfortable if it was a touch tighter here. With the thought that my ankle will bend less than other boots, I a hopeful that they won't look sloppy and wrinkled as I continue to wear them. After a fair amount of use they still look fantastic. I believe if they had offered a 36 1/3 that the fit would be perfect.

FYI, it is worthwhile to note that the shaft is very small. I happen to have very skinny calves so this poses no problem for me. I have been frustrated by the fact that most tall boots are TOO big for me and leave a goofy gap if I want to wear them with a dress and tights. This is not the case for Tenga's as they are perfect with or without jeans tucked in. It might pose a problem with someone with larger calves.

Having serious problems with plantar fasciitis is not very fun when I need to shop for shoes. I cannot wear any shoes. They must be comfortable and the insoles must be removable to be replaced with my own custom orthotics. These boots are really comfortable. I can walk miles. I highly recommend these boots if you look for comfort.

BTW, the fit is great. These boots stretch to accommodate my big calves.

I bought this boot a half size larger than my regular size. I have a regular foot shape, and I was still not able to get my foot into the boot. It has a very poor design. To make things worse, comet shoes has a very bad return policy. They deduct a significant amount of the cost paid when they refund your money. Plus you need to pay return shipping, which was not cheap. I lost $45 just to return these boots, and I never was able to get my foot into them.

have a pr. in black, too. these boots are better than barefoot! I now have 6 pairs of mbt & wear them constantly. even to church. big difference in leg muscles & posture. I am 63 & feeling 40, with these shoes.

This boot is very stylish and soooo well-made. The quality of the leather is bar none. I don't see other people complain about one small issue that I have. I'm just gonna throw out there to see if others have similar problems. I wonder if it's due to the stiffness of the leather or just the fit on my feet, the boot presses on my ankles and makes them painful. I don't have big feet 6.5M and am a skinny person at 5'4" and 105 lbs. None the less, I love this boot and hope that once it's broken in, the problem will go away...
