These boots are beautiful and comfortable, they will work with pants or a skirt. You can't really tell from the picture but the color of the suede is nice and rich. I've always ignored Naturalizer products because I equated them with comfort only, but these boots have changed my mind.

I normally don't shop for shoes online. I have flat feet and my left foot is slightly bigger than my right. Therefore, it's a challenge to find foot apparel that fits well, is comfortable and attractive. Boots are even harder to shop for because I have to consider my ankles and legs. After reading reviews for these boots, I was convinced to try them out. These are the BEST pair of boots I've ever owned!!!!

Pros: SUPER COMFY (took them on vacation which required a lot of walking), near perfect fit, great heel height, ankles don't slouch & cut into my ankle, length is perfect, super cute (LOVE the grommets/studs in the back), compliments both dresses and skinny jeans, great price...

Cons: A tad snug on the calves (thank goodness for the elastic)

I was anxiously waiting to recieve these boots in the taupe color and so very disappointed they didn't fit around the calf but even if they had fit, I would have returned them because they are not as shown online. The color is faded (I love distressed clothing) but boots appeared dull and they were bulker than I expected. Another unpleasant surprise and I don't believe the description mentions they have a 1/4 length zipper on the side that doesn't zip all the way to the top which makes it even that more difficult to fit.

Ladies, if you are expecting a wide shaft boot, these are not the ones for you. They look great online--but not the real deal, so think twice before purchasing.

If you have a calf larger than 15" then you need to order them in the wide width. The shaft isn't as high as I'd like but that's a personal preference and I'm tall. They are very comfortable, classy and I get a lot of compliments. They're dressy but can also be worn casual with the right outfit. I highly recommend these boots. I bought them in the black glassy.
