Bought it for a friend. The material was fantastic and the elastic was very snug. The elastic was throughout the material rather than just at the top of the material so it hugged your calves all the way up to the thigh. Only wish it was an actual boot. It's a high heel shoe that they used. Think the boot would give much more support for the rest of the thigh high material. Other than that, the quality was superb. It looks like a very expensive product.

These boots are hot!! I was scared when I ordered them that they would be too small, but they do run big. I normally wear a 7.5-8 depending on the shoe, and I ordered a 7.5 and really could have ordered a 7. At least I can wear thin socks with them. They really contour the shape of your leg too. I feel like I am rather an average shaped person, but I have such issues with buying boots. I bought these ones seeing that the opening at the top was small; however the rest of the boot does not thin out. So when I am wearing the boots they look extremely baggy from my ankle up through my calf. They only really cling at the opening just about the knee (okay, so I am 5'10" and they may go higher up the thigh on shorter people). So I was slightly disappointed with how they looked on me, and am returning them. But if you don't mind the baggy look, they are really adorable boots and they feel comfortable. And as a side note they go great with skinny jeans, it elimantes the baggy problem.i love them. as others before had said they do run big so i odered a 1/2 size down and can still wear a pair of socks in them :) . they are now my go to boots. im very impressed
