I just recently purchased the Sam Edelman Yalene boots in black suede and let me just begin by saying...this is one of the best purchases I have ever made!! This boot is absolutely stunning and eye-catching! The suede is rich and soft to the touch and the padded foot bed makes these boots one of the most comfortable pair of boots I've ever owned. The beading on the sole of the boot is equisite and I cannot even begin to tell you how many compliments I've received while wearing these. Many people feel that Sam Edelman shoes run a bit small but I have purchased at least 5 pairs of Sam Edelman shoes in my normal size 9 and have found them to fit perfectly each time. These boots do, however, run a bit narrow. You many feel more comfortable ordering a half a size larger if your foot is on the wide side. I guarantee you will not be disappointed in the least if you purchase the Yalene from Sam Edelman. This boot is literally the best accessory you could possibly add to any outfit!

Was unsure about the US sizing, but in the event got it right (36 US for a 4 UK). Love them. The studs on the platform give them a a touch of elegance. Added bonus--they're even comfortable!, as the height of the platform reduces the high heel.
