I had these boots for about 3 years and they were the best boots I'd ever owned. Harsh Michigan winters and slush left my other nice leather boots ruined so I knew I needed something waterproof. I worked in an office and these were something I could wear during the day without having to change my boots once I got to work to something more appropriate. Really comfortable and warm. The soles never wore out even though I walk a lot and I would spend $15 to get the heels replaced when they wore down. Expensive but worth the quality. Probably the most stylish waterproof boots that are out there.

They fit like a glove! The price is a bit high, but I guess you have to pay for quality. The quality is apparent as soon as you hold them in your hands. The leather is the very best quality, for sure. I am a Canadian and these boots are made about 2 hours from my home. I bought them here because they sell out so fast at home they are hard to find. This brand is very popular because they are wonderful boots. No one likes the price, but women buy them anyway. Now, I know the reason!

You have to find a style you like, and there are many from which to choose from La Canadienne. The fit is the most important consideration when buying footware. I have tried many styles from La Canadienne. I settled on "Kara", and I'm very pleased with my purchase. However, you have to try on a few to find the boot that's right for your foot and your leg circumference. These boots are an investment!

These boots are everything I hoped for. They are gorgeous, well made and a very classy sexy. They don't give me a bit of discomfort wearing them all day long. As stated they look so sharp with a skirt suit, which is exactly what I bought them for (I'm a young funeral director). They are so warm and so far very weather proof, with good traction. They were true to my size, 7, and fit my thin calves perfectly. That being said, they are too tight to wear with your average jeans.

I don't think I've ever spend more than around $100 on footwear, so I was really hesistant and honestly expecting to change my mind and send them back. They really exceed my expectations and again I am reminded, you get what you pay for.
