I ordered the Pawz Pebble 6 Inch Demi Boot in the Chocolate color, size 9. The circumference at the top of the boots (the part that would fit around your ankle) is 13" for this size 9, but not sure about other sizes and they do seem to run larger.

I ordered these boots and then went to the store and ordered Ugg Classic Mini boots and I have worn both one day each here in Maine where we have snow. Before wearing each, I used a sheepskin & suede cleaner and water resistant spray on both boots just to ensure they don't get wet. After one wearing each, I cleaned both boots and the Ugg Classic Minis never got wet but the Pawz Pebble Demi Boot got soaked! As I was cleaning these Pawz boots, I noticed the dye from the fabric stained my jeans and the fabric was fraying and and the thread was unraveling. Inside, the fur was tearing out from the sides and the bottom. This is just after one wearing. I'm a little upset I spent so much money on these. I have a cheap $15 pair of American Eagle boots that hold up better than these. The only plus about these boots are that they look cute and they have a better grip than the AE boots, but still not the best grip. They're made cheaply. Not work forty bucks.

These boots are well worth the money. Reasonably priced, very comfortable, and they keep my feet warm. The only problem i had was they run a little big, so if you wear a half size i wouldnt get the next larger size. I wear a 8 1/2 and got the size 9 which turned out to be too much room so when ever i walk it makes my socks come off. now i just wear them without socks and they are still really warm.

I wore them 2 times and the sole was coming unglued, there was a gap between. I'm very disappointed. I have a pair of zodiac that are still in tacked after 2 yrs.

What a joy these little boots are to step into on a cold morning. Taller boots have to be pulled on, but not these. Step into them like the most comfortable pair of house slippers, then wear them all day. They feel good, they look good, they are just about perfect.
