Great looking boot. Just would like a bit more padding in the heel of the shoes, good thing I have heel inserts. Other than that, the boots fit and feel really good when wearing for long hours.

I would have given it a better rating if I would have received what I ordered. I bought 12 M US; however, boots were 11 M US. I understand it might have been hard to caught the error since box said 12 M US, but I couldn't replace those since there was not inventory left in my size. Amazon customer service for refund was great; the issue is I'm out of the US so I had already paid shipping and taxes from US to my country, even though Amazon could refund the money I paid to them, I would lose $48 (equivalent to 75% of boots cost). Boots look really nice and I'm sure I would have really enjoyed them if those were in my size (I'm using them as a Christmas present for someone else).
