This boot was too small for me because i ordered the wrong size. But the make is incredible, high quality and the color is gorgeous! I wish they came in a size 10.

I love these boots! I bought them because I wanted sturdy leather boots that covered my ankles for when I ride my scooter. They are well made and the soles have great traction. The reddish color goes with just about everything, and I get compliments on these all the time. I wear them with skinny jeans most of the time, so the jeans kind of scrunch up at the top of the boots and show off all the buckles. I'd say try a half size smaller than normal, though. I ended up putting other insoles in mine to kind of take up room, but I regret it. I wish I would have just exchanged them for a half size smaller I just loved them so much, I was too excited to wait to wear them! They also run a little wide, for what it's worth.Buy Caterpillar Women's Bridgetown Boot Now
These boots were shipped fast and based on other reviews I was super excited to open then up and try them on. They did not disappoint!! First let's start with the color. I was expecting a pinkish tone as seen in the picture. The pair I received are a beautiful fawn color, no pink at all. I'm not disappointed but I was hoping for the pinkish tone none the less they are a keeper no matter what shade they are. Next size... I usually order boots in a 7.5 I, based on other reviews, ordered the 7 and they fit perfect..so if your on the fence about size I would also recommend you size down 1/2 size. Now on to the boot itself.. It's a great looking boot and the leather is some of the best I have ever owned and I own a lot of boots. I have boots from Italy, Brazil and other places that cost me hundreds of dollars and these are right up there if not better than some of those which makes me feel almost guilty (not!) about the price for the quality of the leather and construction of the boots. It is buttery soft yet not without the structure a boot should have. The flap that goes over the laces adds a great look to the boot and they are secure on the foot without being so restrictive that you want to take them off right away because they hurt. I had no problem with it shifting as another reviewer noted. The sole of the boot has great traction which I need when riding my motorcycles, you don't want your feet to slip out from under you when maneuvering an 850lb bike. I wore them around the house for about an hour and a half and they were already molding to my feet which is really the reason for buying only leather boots... You just don't get that kind of fit with "fake" leather boots. The buckle straps that hold the leather flaps are fabric, but nothing flimsy, a nice fabric.. My only footnote would be that I wish they had a zipper so when you have them laced and buckled just right you could zip them off and on... but if that's the worst thing about these boots then I can live with it. You won't regret buying these boots. The color goes with everything and I'm going to enjoy them for many years to come.. You will too! After putting these boots through their paces and wearing them for a couple of days now I went back and ordered a second pair which I will put away for future wear. I looked all over the internet for them in the other color and they are not available, none the less I love the color of these so having a second pair is great. I had been looking for boots that are not black and are all leather for several months...hard to find at a reasonable price most were in the $150.00 to $250.00 price range. What your getting here for your hard earned money is top of the line and at this price, can't be beat. So if your a size 7, sorry I bought the last pair! Don't hesitate if you can get these in your size.. they really look great with leggings, straight leg jeans and under a pair of boot cut as well.. Glad my search is finally over!

I was looking for a tough but cool boot for my daughter to wear at college, one that would last more than a year. This boot looks even better in person and has all the details of fine craftsmanship. We ordered a couple of different pairs (different brands in similar styles) to compare fit and quality. These Caterpillar boots were more comfortable out of the box, had a supportive arch, a reasonable heel and a sole that is both quiet to walk in (no squeaking) and a very durable material. The leather is luscious... soft to the touch but a subtly distressed patina. The boot looks really cool both with and without the ankle flap that covers the laces. The hardest part was deciding between the red and the tan. Both are very nice! Like a previous reviewer, my daughter needed 1/2 size smaller than her normal size.I wanted to buy shoes I could wear every day and these are just great for that purpose. The color is unique and the boots look good with skinny jeans. I love them.
