I got these boots for Christmas.. Great arch support and very nice soft leather. The boot has a tendency to be large in the heel cup and slips on the heels when I walk. I tried a smaller size and the part of the boot that covers the top of the foot was so snug, I could not get my foot in, so I decided to keep what I have and see if they would break in and mold to fit better. I decided to wear them around the house for a couple of days and Now, the boots still slip on the heel but also make a noise of air puffing in and out of the heel when I walk. For the price of the boots, I am not sure if I will keep them. I may be able to get used to the fit. But the noise is very annoying. Otherwise the boot looks great and is of high quality leather.

They are really comfortable and great to wear every day. They don't hurt your feet at the end of the day like a lot of boots. Hey, they are chacos!

I was so excited to find that Chaco made a boot as I can not wear most boots due to the flat arch.

They were initially hard to get on the first time, I used a plastic bag to help slide my foot in. I wore them for a while around the house and it didn't take long to feel the tightness giving way, after the first time I wore them out they feel amazing (they were really tight at first and I was worried they were too small, but they stretch and form to foot quickly)

I am very happy with my boots and would highly recommend them to anyone who need a good arch!
