I was looking for a versatile fall black boot and these are perfect. The two-toned black leather/ elastic material looks really nice and are easy to pull on. The elastic material makes them easier to slide on, however the fit at the ankle is a little strange. The elastic material portion seems to bunch or fold over, most likely because of the material. The elastic material is rather thin, and more leather support on the back of the boot would have helped. It's not enough to make me return them, but worth noting. The heel height is great for all day wear and you can dress these up or down. I ordered an 8 1/2, they fit well, and will still leave enough room for a thicker sock during the colder months.
