Alright so first off the delivery speed was great :) I recieved these boots in two days and was so excited.
The boots are a sized off. So like other reviews had suggested i went a half size up and they fit perfect. I wear a 7.5 US and ordered a size 8 US. I could of even went a whole size up and they probably would have been fine as well if i intended on wear thick socks with them.
As for the boot itself, clearly it is not going to be as sturdy as genuine leather, but they are still a good quality and are super cute. As for chemical odors from the boots like some reviews said, I did not experience that at all.
I was going to order cognac but after reading various reviews from amazon and elsewhere about the coloring being a little off I decided to go with taupe instead. The boots are a little darker in person which is what I was hoping for. Totally cute :)
If I was not so broke I def would have got these in black as well. love them! So glad I got ordered a pair @ such a great price!

Let's face it, for this price you won't be getting something the quality of a $300 Frye boot. But if you're looking for something to fit the bill of a tall boot to wear with leggings and a sweater just for a season, this is a nice choice. I got a pair in black and am kicking myself that I didn't also buy one in brown because now they're out of my size. The material is fake of course, but not obviously shiny or crinkly, and it doesn't feel like it's going to tear the first time I rub up against something sharp. I did order up a size, which turned out to be wise because otherwise it would've been too small. I have worn the boots a number of times already now even though it's not really fall yet, and they don't rub uncomfortably or cause blisters, in fact they're really quite cozy as far as boots go and don't pinch or feel stiff around the ankles like some of mine have in the past. I didn't notice a strong smell when I opened them the first time, just a mild vinyl-y odor. They wipe off easily (I spilled Coke on them already) with no spots or streaks, and while I'm sure they're not waterproof, I haven't had a wet sock incident in rainy parking lots yet. Definitely recommend this for a cheap one-or-two-season boot.Love Love Love these boots! My calf is a little wide for some boots, but these fit over skinny jeans for me. When I first opened the package there was a stronge plastic odor I mean an almost over powering smell. After trying them on I have not noticed the smell, and I do keep them out in the enterance way. The fit is just a little too big. They fit like an 8, my feet are 7 1/2. So there is room for big socks I guess but they are slippery on the soles so being just a little too big feels funny on my feet, my feet slide around. The bottom of the boots have no tread so they are slippery too. They are a pretty boot, thought they would be just a little higher on my leg by the picture (that's why companies should post height!!) but they are black like I wanted and look nice with the outfits I have worn them with. But I will be searching for a different pair!
