Well, ok, funny story. I was so disappointed when I put one of the boots on and walked around for a while. They were tight through the ankle and pinched.

But I'd bought them to wear with an outfit for an interview and I didn't have a choice. So, I put the other boot on and it was comfortable.

Once I took the clear plastic piece out of the first boot it was comfortable too.

I wore them all day, walked all over the city no rubbing, no blisters, no rubbing. They're gorgeous. They're comfortable.

Just remove all the packing materials.

This boot is truly stylish and very spacious for wide calves. However, the heel is really heavy. Would suggest a lighter.

I looked at a lot of boots, before this pair caught my eye. True to size--fit perfectly. Very nice leather. They will look good with both casual and dress wear. The only negative---they are a bit large in the calf area and I do have good size calves. Plenty of room to tuck in pants and then some. I don't think they needed the elastic band down the back. The elastic band is integrated well into the boot, so it doesn't take away from the look of the leather.

I ordered these boots over a week ago and I just received them last thursday. I was having a bad day so to see my boots arrive made my day brighter. I tried them on and they fit perfect!!! I wear a nine and I have a wide calf and these are perfect, perfect, perfect!!! I saw these boots in Macy's, who was supposed to have a sale, and I wasn't feeling the price. I was searching and found these perfect price plus my mother gave me an amazon gift card for christmas and I finally used it. I am getting ready to have the hubby order me a pair of brown boots off of here tonight. I wore these boots today and I received so many compliments and they are so dag on comfortable!! If you have a wide calf and your looking for a nice leather boot that you can tuck your jeans in as well, these are it!!!

very pretty, stylish, nice color, go well with jeans and skirt, go well with any color. comfortable as well. Shaft open on regular to larger side, perfect for my moderate strong calf. HIghly recommend, especially at sale price, well worth it!!
