I'm a huge Bearpaw fan. These Gail boots are my favorite pair. I ordered them when they went on sale, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the purchase. The shearling lining is thick and comfortable--feels like my feet are swaddled in pillows! They do run small due to the lining. I'm normally a size 6, occasionally a 6 1/2, but a size 7 in these fits like a glove. The cloth opening isn't as snug as I thought it would be, but it is still sufficient. I have fairly small calves, so I think the boots would accomodate someone with average to thick calves just fine.

i love these boots, got them in brown. they are superrr comfortable, i would even go as far as saying i like them more than my uggs and WAY cheaper!!!

These so far are my favorite Bearpaw boots. I have owned the Emmas, the Gayles, and the Pawz Lagunas. The Gayles are SO comfortable and fit nice and snug, and really have a lot of cushion. The Emmas really stretched out, and I just got the Lagunas and am only somewhat satisfied with them. They run short and are just kind of rigid, not nearly as comfy. They definitely aren't even half the boot the Gayles are.

These boots brim with both style and substance! Not only are they super cute, cozy, and comfortable, but these boots are also incredibly warm with excellent arch support, making them the perfect accessory for those cold winter days and nights. These boots are so warm, cushioned, and snug that I bought two pairs: one in maple and the other in black! As another reviewer said, you will feel like your feet are literally swaddled in pillows with these boots. My feet have never felt so warm and cozy in any other pair of shoes as they have in these boots. For anyone who is debating what size to purchase their boots in, I would highly recommend getting a size up--they fit like a glove! Needless to say, I would enthusiastically recommend this shoe to anyone who is looking for a boot that is not only stylish but substantive as well!
