I can tell these boots were lovingly made! No need for "break-in" time--right out of the box they fit as if I had been wearing them for months. Even though the boots look incredibly warm, my feet have never overheated. They go from indoors all day to hours of freezing weather with no noticeable difference in my feet's comfort level. The sole of the shoe is soft enough to give a spring to the step, yet firm enough that my feet feel well supported. The soles offer excellent traction in wet weather.

These are comfortable walking boots and can support a full day of sight-seeing or window shopping. They are dressy enough to wear with slacks or a long skirt but look equally good with jeans or other casual wear. Mine arrived with a special cloth that can be used to buff out any scratches or mars in the leather--the cloth works wonders and scuffs disappear.

One important thing to note: They run a little small. If you wear a half size, order UP. For example, I wear a consistent 7 1/2. The 38 is a bit snug and I wish I had ordered the 39 (8 8 1/2). Order up to wear a thicker sock. Whether you choose a thin or thick sock, I recommend wearing a Smart Wool sock with these boots.

I purchased the clogs in a EU39 (size 9) and loved them. I purchased these boots in the same size and they are so small and tight I can barely get my foot into them!

WATCH YOUR SIZE CHOICE if you buy these......they are the correct length (10") for a 9 but seem to be very tight and narrow.

Just not the same easy fit as the clog.....probably because they are enclosed?

However, having said all that , the sole is the most comfortable thing you'll ever wear.

I absolutely love the clogs and own two pair. Wish I could wear them year 'round.

I absolutely love these boots however, the sizing is wrong. If you wear a size nine you need a 40. size 8 a 39. This sizing is different from normal european sizing. I had to return the boots but I would get another pair as soon as possible.

Well, I got this pair in black when they were on sale! So.... I got 2 pairs and also got the 3rd pair for my co-workers when they saw me wearing them. They are cute, comfy and can stand on them for the whole day. I found out they are quite water resistent though not water proof. Cute and chic looking! This is my 5th pair of El Naturalista shoes I collect all their funky colors: Lime Green, Orange, Yellow, and Purple. Well unfortunatley all other colors were sold out in this particular pair of boots so... I got it in BLACK! Surprisingly they look really good with my pants and jeans.

One drawback you have to buy 1 size bigger. I wear 37.5-38 and I ordered 39. It fits perfectly! My experience with El Naturalista always buy 1 size bigger (except for clogs).
