No kidding! I got them on a Friday & ruck marched 20 miles on the Saturday. Then did another 20 miles on Sunday. They fit well but there is a little slip-sliding around. I'm a 7 1/2 and that's normal for me to have one foot slide around a little in my boots. Can't be helped b/c a 7 is just a bit too tight. The only bad thing is the tongue is really thick. I noticed it after the first 20 miles. I compared it to a friend who has the blue USAF version not the US Army version & it's true! The tongue is really thick & over padded which is a little uncomfortable. However, if I can do 40 miles as the break-in period then I'm OK with it.
