I received the boots in the mail about a week after I placed my order. It was shipped UPS so I had to sign for the package which I was really happy about. I hate when I order stuff and the mailman just leaves it outside. The boots look just like the picture but they do run a little big. I wear a size 10 and the boots were almost a half size bigger. I don't mind though I just wear thick socks. I talked to this girl at the shoe store who has the same boots and she said to just buy some insoles. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and I love these boots!!

love this boot! i agree that it runs big. i usually wear a size 8 but it was too big even with insoles. I returned it and ordered a size 7. still big but perfect with insoles. received a lot of complements ! very comfortable!

I am not too happy with the laces though, i dont think its quality material, but its ok because I can easily get another lace! highly recommended!

Love these boots! I spent hours looking for the perfect pair of combat boots. I wanted something of good quality, but that would not completely break the bank. I saw these and fell in love! I ordered the brown, which were about $40 cheaper on Amazon than every other website I've seen them on. Plus Amazon was running a 20% sale so these were a total steal.

I poured over reviews of this style and the Triumph (basically the same thing, just a taller shaft) and had a hard time deciding what size to get. Since I wasn't sure how long the sale would be going on, I bought two pairs in size 7 & 8 US so I could return the one that didn't fit and still get the 20% discount. I am usually an 8-8.5 and found that the 7 were the best fit. The 8s slipped off my heel, but probably would have been ok with an insole. I'd definitely recommend ordering a full size down. When I first put them on with the original satin laces they felt a little tight, but I figured they would stretch some and I didn't want to be stuck having to wear thick socks all the time (it's too hot here most of the time for that). Once I re-laced them with the normal laces that came with the boots, they fit perfectly.

Some reviews said that they hurt and gave them blisters during the breaking in process. I have not had that problem, they are actually quite comfortable for leather shoes straight out of the box, and I have very sensitive feet when it comes to that kind of thing. The back of the heel area is the only place I can imagine giving me problems if I were to go walk a long distance in them, but I've been wearing them for the last 2 days with moderate walking and not had any problems. Can't wait to get them really broken in, they are going to be awesome! Definitely recommend these if you are in the market for a great pair of combat boots.

I love these boots! I use them for riding on a motorcycle but can wear them with anything. They run a little big, nothing a thick sock won't fix. The color is very nice and the lining very pretty.
