These boots arrived in the mail today and I am pleasantly surprised. They are comfortable and true to size. The inside is a soft flannel and the colors are exactly as pictured. The sides have tabs that snap onto the boot so that if you wear them folded down they will stay in place. I also really like the fact that there is no zipper on these boots. I hate when I order military style boots that appear to be lace-ups, only to find that they have a cheap hidden zipper on the side or back that wasn't shown in the picture. I will be ordering these in other colors. The price is great and I got them in the mail 2 business days after I ordered them.

they looked great but they ran smaller i had to return them because it hurt to stand up in them and they were kinda tight and i have pretty skinny feet :( i was really sad but i will be reorder in a bigger size

I am usually a size 9 in boots with a very narrow foot. I ordered a size 10 because of the reviews, and they fit perfectly. I got the black with red plaid. The shoes look more expensive than they are and came very nicely packaged. I searched high and low and these were the best and least expensive plaid combats I could find (I wanted red, gray, or purple plaid) and they are great.

You can go from laid back to a dressy look by folding them down. The inside is a little itchy though.
