A couple years ago I went to 2 or 3 specialty shoe stores to find THE best boots for Minnesota winter where I may have to chase a child client through the snow and walk around a large university campus. Every one told me these were the ones to get. So I did. I have not for a moment regretted this purchase. I LOVE THESE! They are tall enough to go through most average snow piles without getting snow in your shoes. They are comfortable! They have a metal plate in the heel. They are waterproof. They have a pull out bottom on the inside to easily put insoles in (the real good hard ones). They do keep your feet warm. They can also roll the top down if you choose to be more fashionable with them. They are sturdy and easy to clean. If you want a good, lasting, waterproof boot these are GREAT!

I bought these boots for our snowy weather. I have a painful big toe joint and bought the boot in a wide size. It works really well. Very nice quality.
