so there is not zipper and i have big calfs so that was a bit disappointing. so i ordered a size up and that did the trick! they are very warm and comfy. my boot toes are quit scuffed up now but i think thats more than half my fault due to the way i walk and not so much the material.oh note though that they are pretty loud.the sound they make when meeting a hard surface sounds like heels walking across the floorGood style, made well, Comfortable, I'm a 10.5 so it is hard to order boots online. I am pleasantly surprised.
