I have to say I've ordered Sam Edelson from Boston Proper before. They're stylish, well-made and comfortable. I am completely satisfied and didn't have a doubt I would be. I'm glad Amazon sells them. They're one of the few footwear you can order online and won't have trouble with (at least I haven't so far). I fully endorse San Edelman Belmont Ankle Boot. I do know quality shoes well. Not saying I can afford all them--but, I know which ones are the good ones and this is a quirky, fun and stylish boot. Try it ladies. It's more comfortable than it looks--and I have a bad back. I purchashed these shoes at a local store in a half size smaller and returned because they were too snug. I was very disappointed when they did not have the next size up. I was so pleased to find them. They are very comfortable and look great!

I rocked these with cargo pants with studs covering the patches distressed look and a leather jacket. What I didn't realize is because it has a zipper on the inside, you can unlace partway and wrap the lace around the ankle and get that on trend military look. These shoes on my left foot where the suede is sewn together caused minor discomfort until I discovered foot petals. Greatest thing since sliced bread. I sized up a half size because I wanted to wear with socks, tights. This look would be great with a lace skirt and an army jacket too. You can definitely wear them for work, church or play.

These look just as great in the flesh as they do in the picture. They are very comfortable and they have a soft sole and heel, so they do not make any noise!

The picture does not give these boots justice!!! The suede is so rich, and the color gray is just right, not too light, not too dark! They look amazing on, and are so comfortable. I walked all around campus, the boots did not hurt me once. I had been eyeing these babiies for a while, waiting for them to go on sale. They are well worth the $175 retail, but for this sale price, they are a no brainer. Ladies, this is a perfect accesory for any outfit from jeans, leggins, to rombers, even dresses!
