The Carson lace up is my favorite style of boot so much so, that I have 4 pairs! I have them in black, cognac, taupe, and gray. These are my go to boots. I love the lace up style, and they're easy to dress up or dress down. The leather is sturdy but not uncomfortable. The toe is pointy and slightly upturned. I ordered a half size down in these, and they fit well. Initially the leather sole is a bit slippery, so be careful when they're brand new! All in all, I highly recommend these to anyone.

I ordered these pups in the taupe. Love the look, a very cowgirlish look with the almond toe! Anyway, run generous in size as with most Frye's. A little on the narrow side for the width. Very nice leather throughout, with Frye craftmanship you can't go wrong!

This is my third pair of Frye's and while I love them all this pair is easily the most comfortable. Break in time was very fast maybe a few hours at the most. They also go with so many things, jeans, skirts, dresses they look good with them all. For me the best part is that I walk about 3 miles or more per day to and from school and my feet are happy and cute all day long! I highly recommend these boots, you definitely need a pair :)

I ordered these shoes because they were on sale and I love Frye so I figured I would give them a try. Much to my surprise, these are now probably my favourite pair of Fryes. They are extremely comfortable and the shorter heel height makes them very practical for running errands, going to class, etc. I also love the taupe colour because it nicely contrasts with my typical black pants or jeans. I usually wear a size 7, but always order 7.5 in boots to account for my thicker fall/winter socks and these fit nicely. Also, unlike some other styles of Fryes, these do not require any breaking in. The first time I wore them they were very comfortable and I had no problems with blisters.
