i love roxy boots and knew i'd love these...they are soo soft and warm inside..however they are not knee-high as the description said..they are mid-calf..im not tall either im 5'2..i have a pair of roxy boots similar to this (same style/materials) i got years ago and they are still going strong and barely look worn. great quality

I wasn't very impressed with the visual aspects of the boot right off. Looks cheaply made, as though it should cost under $20. I tried them on and was even more unimpressed by the lack of arch support. By lack of arch support, I mean absolutely NO arch support. I'm returning them today.
