Fits well. Feels well. Looks good. My only issue is the awkward high arch. I would have loved these if the would have applied a little platform doc Marten style. Fitting wise.. I am a size 8 1/2 and normally use size 8 1/2 or depending on the shoe. These boots are comfortable and so far my feet dont hurt at all after wearing them all night. I am short so I always, always wear heels and all of my other boots hurt my feet after wearing them for a few hours. High quality Aquatalia boots but style is not great. Look too heavy for dressy boots though such details like higher heel and stretchy boot shaft suggest that boots are supposed to be rather dressy than riding. Just got these boots before a trip. I got LOTS of complements on them. They look more expensive than they are. I was able to walk around for hours in these babies. That's not to say that my feet didn't ache after that but they were a bit more comfortable than my other heels. The only criticism I have is that they did run a bit big. I ordered a 7.5, because that's what I normally wear, and I could have definitely gone down half a size. I also wish the leg opening was a little smaller. A little too wide for my taste. I love the height of the boot. Because I'm short, I have to be careful not to have a boot that hits my leg too high. But this leaves just the right amount of leg showing. These boots are very stylish and comfortable, which is exactly what I was looking for, however the Tan is much lighter in person than in the picture. I probably would have ordered the darker brown color had I known they would be so much lighter. They also scruff very very easily. I wore them once and they toe is already scruffed up. Would this prevent me from buying them again? probably not, because like I said, the style and comfort level are what I was looking for.

I ordered these boots for my daughter. We were in the midst of a major snowstorm and her boots had been stolen. She had to walk to work so boots were escentual. I live about an hour and a half away from her, and the roads were terrible. I placed the order and she received them a day later. She loves them, likes them better than the ones that were taken!

I wasn't very impressed with the visual aspects of the boot right off. Looks cheaply made, as though it should cost under $20. I tried them on and was even more unimpressed by the lack of arch support. By lack of arch support, I mean absolutely NO arch support. I'm returning them today.

I purchased these as I was looking for boots which I could wear in the colder months, both outdoors and in, and was particularly focused on comfort, good traction, and natural materials and a "natural" appearance. They I ordered them on a Friday and was astounded to receive them on Monday, just in time for an extremely cold spell last week. They were so comfortable and warm that I had trouble talking myself into taking them off! The shearling lining and arch support have made them comfortable for long periods of time and they simply feel natural and "earthy" . I purchased them in dark brown to minimize looking soiled, but I also love the warmth and depth of the color and texture. I even hiked in them for close to 2 hours in the foothills, with some patches of snow, and they gave me great traction and a sense of grounding. One of the boots is a bit more difficult to get my foot into comfortably, but it seems to have conformed to my foot over time. Also, I have to make sure the laces are tied very securely and snug, as the lower ones have come untied a few times, but I love how they can be adjusted to increase the snugness of the fit around the ankle. Love these boots and I got a great price as well. These boots are really cute, BUT when I received them, there were little scuff marks on the heels and toes of the boots. It is very comfortable, although the lining sheds when I put on the boots, not too much just a little bit. It fits well especially around the calfs and feet, but around the ankle its a little loose. The laces you can actually use and tighten the boots up if you needed to. The anchors that are attached to the boots that hold the laces have some wear and tear. I wear these boots all year long. They are very comfortable and durable. I work water main breaks and my feet stay dry. I plow in the winter and my feet stay warm with wool socks. The bottoms will wear out way before the top or the water proof seams. This is a very rugged boot and well worth the money. I can't say anything bad about them. When I first got them they were a little tight, but stretched out nicely. I hope Timberland keeps these around a while! Anyone that works outside knows that if your feet stay dry, you're happy all day! I really don't even notice that I'm wearing a safety toe either. I have a mini-farm and this boot is great! It is non-slip and holds my foot firm around the ankle while moving wood or hopping up and down off a tractor. My feet do not tire due to the great support around the foot. I would recommend this boot for any women that is on her feet all day long.

I wasn't really looking for a short, motorcycle style boot but this one caught my eye and I wanted to give them a shot. I was not disappointed! These boots are so much cuter in person! The taupe is a great neutral that works with many different colors. They have a slightly distressed look which gives them an almost vintage feel. I know these will wear well and only get better looking with age. I plan on wearing these with cut-offs, a relaxed tee and some funky jewelry for a bit of an edgy vibe now or with a dress or skirt when I want to toughen them up. Later in the fall, I'll pair them with skinny jeans, a tank and a beat up leather motorcycle jacket. In my opinion, these run true to size. I'm typically a size 6 and the 6 fit fine in these with a thin sock on. I wore them all weekend long and they were comfortable as well. I love how they kind of slouch open a bit when you walk. It gives them an even edgier vibe that's really great. Amazon had the best price on these boots of any site too! I wasn't looking for these boots but I'm so glad I found them. These Steve Madden boots are sturdy and well made. They have an interesting design which allows you to wear them a number of different ways. A bonus is their comfort. I can walk miles in them and no rubbing or sore spots. All said, a great everyday boot. I received my shoes about two weeks ago in perfect condition; however once I opened the box I realized they were NOT the right color. I ordered black but I received a gray pair.
