These shoes are very cool and stylish. Love the distressed looked and the different color lace. I purchased the green color which is exactly like the photo. I usually wear a size eight so I ordered an eight. I wore these with thick socks and the fit was a bit snug but the length is perfect. I also wore them with tights which made the fit less snug. I did not experience any discomfort or rubbing when I wore them for a full day. They looked great with a skirt and with my skinny jeans rolled up a bit. No regrets with this purchase.

These shoes are cute but they run really small! I am a true size 8 and I couldn't even squeeze my foot into them. Very frustrating..

First of all, these run small. Size up a half size at least, I'd say. I didn't like these very much in person. Beyond the fit issues, the shoe is just shaped kind of weird and uncomfortable. They look true to the picture, and I like the bright shoelaces. But when I tried them on, I felt like they aren't flattering on an actual leg -they cut me off really strangely at the ankle.

I had read all of the online reviews of these boots prior to ordering them as I always do when purchasing online. Some people said that they ran small and so I ordered a half size up. Once they arrived, I realized they are actually true to size but since I will probably be wearing them with socks more often than tights, this is o.k. I had absolutely no problem slipping my feet into them as some other reviewers apparently did. I do have relatively small ankles but if you loosen the laces and order the correct size, I don't see this being an issue for anyone. They hit right at the top of your ankle as a bootie is supposed to. The leather is not soft but on the stiff side which is perfect for this style. They are pre-distressed and have a very modern fresh vibe with a retro twist. However, distressed means they are not going to be "perfectly" uniform. They do look exactly like the pictures online though. Therefore, they were exactly what I expected and I'm in love. :)

I have wide feet and was really worried that these shoes wouldn't fit. After reading lots of customer reviews, I ordered them in a half a size up, and to my relief, they fit perfectly. And if anyone has concerns about width, I bet they could cut the elastic band beneath the tongue of the shoe. I like the elastic, because it enables me to wear the laces half undone while still holding securely onto my foot. I have worn them on several different occasions and have received compliments without fail each time. No complaints. :)
