Needed to replace an old pair of Dr. Martens...found these and absolutely love the color!! Very comfy...needs just a touch of breaking in.

I was happy to find that these boots were not glossy (the picture seemed lighter and shiny) but a rich dark grey that will show wear as a natural leather ought to. If you are familiar with Dr Martin products this is a typical style with a unique color that is quite attractive without being "flashy". Quality stitched soles and heavy duty eyelets. Comfy and rugged. The rear pull tab is sturdy, and there is a lace hole in the tongue to keep it from slipping. The insole is minimal but after a break in period I will put in my own to suit, so I really don't mind. I really like these boots, even better than the picture.

This was my first Dr. Marten shoe and it made my feet look extremely small. The toe box in this shoe is very tall and has a ton of extra room for your toes. I did not like the way I looked in these shoes although the shoes themselves look good. Quality was great and would buy again if they looked better on me, but that should not deter others.
