They accidentally sent the wrong color boot and after emailing them, they corrected the problem immediately and sent me the correct color as well as a return slip. Great customer service!These boot are the most spectacular boots I have ever seen. Although I have to buy boot bands due to the fact that they are too small for my legs I will do whatever it takes to wear these boot.s
