This is my 3rd and forth pair of Miz Mooz...I love their styles and the lowish 3 inch heel...I purchased these in black and brown.. I wear an 8-81/2.. I bought a size 9 as the bottoms are hard in all three pairs and require padding and thick socks....The Leather on these boots is very soft and will get softer with wear...They are well made and have a Killer Style!! If you have long toes, your toes may hit the structured (hard) front...The boot is regular width, not terribly wide and as I have problem feet I can only wear them for a couple of hours.....If you have large ankles and lower calves, these boots may not be for you...I can tuck skinny jeans into them but I have very thin legs.. Glad I got them on sale as they were pricy at original price...I love all the pairs I've purchased but The "Meli" is my favorite pair..... I gave the Suzy five stars on looks alone. They are stunning to look at and not to bad to walk in....The brown color is the coolest brown purple colors...Hard to describe...Love Love Love both colors

Pros: First off, these boots look fabulous and the first day I wore them I got 3 compliments on them. I'm very happy with how they look, and they are sturdy and constructed well. They're platforms so the heel is only a little higher than the ball so easy to walk in. Cons: HARD insoles (I agree with other reviewer that at this price point, they should have some cushion), and zero traction on the soles (not a fan of sliding & falling in rainy weather). So after buying good insoles and non-skid adhesives, there's another $15-$20 on top of the price. I usually wear a size 8 and got the 39 and they fit fine a 40 would probably be okay too, with socks and insoles. For me, the unique style is worth the extra adjustments needed to make it work for me.

I just wanted to add a few things about size and measurements. I was worried that the shaft would be too tight on my ankles but it's not -on my size 37s it is 9" around from the inside. So they are flatteringly slim looking on the legs without being tight. I have slightly wider-than-average feet and generally wear a 6.5 or 6 and the 37s (size 7) were the smallest size left in black and I think they fit well enough; I plan to wear them with thick socks (for which there's plenty of room) since they aren't very cushioned. There's no arch support/contouring. I think they'd probably fit a size 7 foot better because they're a little long for me (the 36 would have probably fit me best because my heels slip out a little on the 37s, even w/socks) but I still like the look enough to keep them. I have thickish ankles, calves and knees, and these make my legs look slim and long. The heel is nearly 3" high and the front platform is roughly 1 1/4" high. I plan to wear them with dresses and rolled or cuffed jeans. I rated them with fewer stars because there should be better padding for the price. Regarding shipping, I ordered it on Monday and received it Saturday, the same week.

I love the look of these boots, the material, and the color. They're great all around. I returned them though because I couldn't figure out how to wear them with skinny jeans. I could wear them with boot cut jeans, but what's the point when you can't see the pretty details? They were definitively comfortable enough to wear and walk around in them all day. If you can get them to work, I highly recommend!

These Miz Mooz booties have "the look" without having those high heels that make a person take their life into their hands. The leather is a rich purply-brown, they're beautifully made, and the fit is true to size, even accomodating my wider feet. Love the button detail and tight fit around the ankle. Very hip they are all I was looking for and more!
