These are exactly what I wanted a cheap black boot. They don't slouch very well, unless you're wearing socks or jeans thick enough to help them stay down. They also don't stand up very well. I found that I had plenty of room in the shoe (but I also have a narrow foot, so keep that in mind if you're considering these), and they wore well with ankle socks and skinny jeans that I rolled a few times.

From the day I got these I loved them. They fit nicely, even over a pair of skinny jeans, were comfortable to walk in and looked great. Now, only about 6 months down the road the sole is starting to come off from the boot itself. Granted I wore them A LOT throughout the winter but the materials are a little on the cheap side to be coming apart already. Still I would buy them again, they are still wearable just a little disappointing.
