These are not the wide shaft Trinity boots. I have a pair of the wide shaft ones, and they fit perfectly. However, these are way too tight! Cute boots, but had to return them :(

I absolutely love the look and style of the boot! It is true to size for the foot part as i normally wear an 8 1/2 or 9 and i bought a 9, but I have mildly large calves so when it says its a "wide shaft boot" i was very happy. However, while I can FORCE them up around my bare calves I am afraid I will not be able to wear skinny jeans or even leggings or hose with them, and that is disappointing seeing as how that is mainly the reason I bought them. I would recommend this boot for style and true fit, however, I would measure your calf and make sure the circumference will be "wide" enough for you, esp if you plan on wearing them over any type of leggings. Beautiful boot and comfortable!

These boots are fantastic. They fit well, are exactly as described, the sizing is accurate. They seem sturdy and well stitched. I think they will last me quite a while. Plus they are super cute!

These boots, zip on the side, are not wide shaft as they are described. The fit is actually average to the small side. I thought they would be pull on boots. The problem with ordering online is you never know what you are going to get. I am an average size woman a size 12. They will work for me, but if I was a larger size, they would be too small.
