They don't have much in the way of padding on the inside but these boots fit my natural curve and there's plenty of calf room in them as well. There is no tread on the bottom but since I'm wearing these boots for cosplay reasons I didn't want anything with tread in the first place. I'd also like to mention they look a little darker compared to the photo. These are great fashion boots.

LOVE these! For the price, they simply can't be beat. They're sort of "snug," but I ordered the 10 (which is what I usually wear) and they fit fine.
