These boots arrived within 6 days all the way to New Zealand. I was very impressed. I love them. Ordered 9.5 as i am usually between a nine or ten. Probally a 9 would have been ok. But wanted to be able to wear thick socks if needed, so they are absolutly fine. No need to order a size up. Like the sturdy soles on them and they are very cosy and comfortable to wear all day. Would definately recommend.

These boots are so cute. I haven't worn them in the snow yet but I needed boots for very cold weather and wouldn't let my feet freeze and get soggy when we get a foot of snow without looking too big and obnoxious. My husband hates the UGG boot style and he LOVES these. I usually wear a 9 or 9.5 and I got 9.5's. I could have fit in the 9's but I wanted to be able to wear thick socks so these will do.

Really liked the look of these boots, and they would've been perfect if the footbed had some padding and support...felt like walking on concrete. Also there is no way to loosen or tighten the stretch bands on the back. Tried to put in other foot pad but because nothing opens up it's a very tight fit, and couldn't get it to fit correctly. The boots are easy to get on, but a real workout to get off. Also they seem to run a bit large... I normally wear a 7 1/2 or 8 narrow, and ordered these in a 7 and they fit perfect, just not comfortable enough to keep.

True to size, however I bought 0.5 size bigger so that I can wear thick socks and still wriggle my toes. Boots are very comfy and light, whether it will withstand the wet & cold winter will remain to be seen. Do note that the colour of the boots turns out to be black instead of dark grey as seen in the picture.
